First of all, please consider that SPRYFIT can't directly sync up between Fitbit device and SPRYFIT app. So there could be a delay.
Be aware that you sync up between your Fitbit device and Fitbit app regularly.
Warning! SPRYFIT counts the steps taken by the only Fitbit activity tracker or Fitbit mobile tracker in the Fitbit app. SPRYFIT doesn't count a data that you manually put into.
If you have a problem, please follow the instructions below.
1. Launch your Fitbit app and make sure that you sync up between Fitbit app and your Fitbit device. If it doesn't work, please refer the help on Fitbit website.
2. Confirm that your Fitbit data is uploaded to Fitbit website.
3. Confirm that you allow SPRYFIT to access your Fitbit data on the Fitbit website.
4. All settings above are correct. Please try to disconnect and reconnect your Fitbit account in SPRYFIT app. Please follow the instruction below.
4.1. Open Safari web browser on iPhone.
4.2. Go "Fitbit.com"
4.3. Log in Fitbit.com using your Fitbit account.
4.4. Log out Fitbit.com on Safari web browser on iPhone.
4.5. Launch SPRYFIT app
4.6. Go "Settings"
4.7. Tap "MY GEAR"
4.8. Tap Fitbit disconnect button and reconnect your Fitbit account.
After that, it takes a time that SPRYFIT brings your data from Fitbit. Please be patient.
SPRYFIT updates the data in your game when SPRYFIT gets the latest data from Fitbit.
